The way we start our mornings can have a huge impact on how we navigate through our day.
I’ve been practicing daily meditation for 2 years now, and I can not express how much it has been the tool that allows me to walk through my days with focus and helped me embark on many travels of emotions and travels in my dream life too.
Without this daily practice, I am not sure that I could create my dream reality this fast and with so much precision!
Many of us are shaken from our sleep with loud alarms and rush into our day without taking time to welcome it and all of the new opportunities it holds.
Meditation is a self-love practice for that reason. This is why I made my first Morning Self-Love Meditation. Showing up every morning to connect with yourself is a celebration of your existence, a celebration of everything you already have, and a celebration of the great things that are coming your way.
